Silky Seafoam

{Seafoam Green Silk Crinkle Skirt ~ Thrifted {hiked up as a dress, yep, you know it!} / Ivory Cardi ~ NY&Co / Seafoam Green Leather Sandals ~ Vintage Liz Claiborne {Thrifted} / Ivory Stretch Belt ~ Thrifted / Ivory and Rose Gold Watch ~ Gruen / Ivory Dangly Hoop Earrings ~ Handmade / Handbag ~ LV Damier Azur Noe Bucket Bag / Nails ~ China Glaze Peachy Keen, with a Milani Jewel FX gold glitter nail}

We all know that I am just a sucker for wearing a long skirt hiked up as a dress, and this pretty gem is no different.  Found this gorgeous 100% silk skirt while thrifting.  It is so lightweight; it feels like air against my skin as I walk, which was definitely needed today as we are in the middle of a heat wave.

While I never even look over at the shoes while thrifting, these were yelling over to me as I walked by.  They are so very charming and when I saw that they were brand new / never worn, I had to get them.  There something awkward and unique about them that I just love.  I believe they are from the 80's...maybe 90's? - they even had the original {ancient} Strawbridge and Clothier tag.

I am loving this A Colorful Summer mini-series so far... SO much fun and adds a bit of excitement to my normally redundant getting-ready routine. I will definitely be continuing this through August. :)

xoxo, thanks for reading!  And for your endlessly sweet comments about my haircut. :)
