10 - Pan Roasted Tilapia. One of the easiest dishes I make. This fish {paired with any green veggie} should be a staple in your kitchen if you are on the path to eating healthier. It's simple and delicious.
9 - Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. The perfect Sunday dinner. When I make this spaghetti, my house smells AMAZING. If you are a beginner in the kitchen, this easy recipe should definitely be in your repertoire.
8 - Deviled Eggs. I make deviled eggs for every occasion, pretty much. My 15-year old son absolutely loves my deviled eggs and I joke that he could eat a dozen of them, but it's true. LOL!
7 - Easy Creamy Leek Potatoes. This was such a random side dish that came about during a time when I was obsessed with the taste of leeks. And I still am. LOL! This dish is hearty and delicious and has tons of flavor. Serving this with grilled chicken and a simple veggie will amp up any weeknight meal.
6 - Sothern Lima Beans with Smoked Turkey. I literally just received a comment from someone who made these for the very first time for her boyfriend and she said he practically licked the bowl. LOL! Enough said. You have to make these!
5 – Cheesy Potato Leek Soup. I remember making this soup and being completely blown away. I couldn't believe how much it tasted like a restaurant quality soup and it came straight from my kitchen. I love when that happens. This is the perfect time of year to make soup and I highly recommend trying this one.
4 – BBQ Roasted Shrimp. So simple. So easy. So GOOD! Just like with the tilapia, if your resolution is to eat healthier in 2015 {of course mine is!}, you should be making this shrimp dish at least once a week. A good protein source that actually taste delicious and has flavor. I could eat a dozen of these, easy. Imagine them on top of a good salad. YUM!
3 – Brown Sugar Crusted Braised Barbecue Short Ribs. When I crave beef, I am only thinking of these short ribs. The meat gets rich, tender and literally melts in your mouth. after braising for a few hours. I have to make this before the year is over. I HAVE TO!
2 – Zest + Creamy Seafood Pasta Salad. The party staple, for sure! This seafood pasta salad gets better after sitting in the fridge for a few hours and will wow your guests. I love that it has a light creamy dressing that is a mix between a vinaigrette and a mayonnaise. It's not only good in the summertime either – imagine this on a Friday night with a fried chicken breast. Mmmmmmm! LOL! My kind of meal.
1 – Spicy Crab and Corn Chowder. And the NUMBER ONE BeautyFash.com recipe with over 240,000 page views? This amazing Chowder. No seriously, I know I use "amazing" a lot but this chowder is one for the books. It absolutely rivals a bowl of chowder from a restaurant. The smoky bacon, sweet and crisp corn kernels, the lump crab meat in the creamy and spicy broth. My stomach is growling so much right now. Lol! If you don't try any of the recipes in this post you MUST try this one. That's an order! :)
