I just love the look of a crisp white shirt with jeans. Adding a belt was just icing on the cake. I also just adore this suede belt; it's extremely versatile and can be worn slung low on the hips or tied tightly under the bust, which is how I wore it in these pics.
These boots, last seen here, are such a fave, and are actually really comfy but I made the mistake of wearing them on Friday without socks and they were rubbing like crazy, OUCH! I quickly learned a lesson and went and bought socks on Saturday, even though I hate wearing them. Am I the only one that hates socks, even in the fall/winter? ...and don't call me crazy. :)
Thanks so much for the comments on my last post; I got some great ideas for belt storage. I think one of the hanging tie racks would work best for me. Since I am working with limited space, vertical storage is a must.
Off to give myself and manicure, polish my nails and get ready for the week. I cant believe how fast these weeks {and weekends} are flying by!
I hope everyone had a great weekend!
xoxo, thanks for reading!
Yet another dynamo showing of color, layering and cut.
ReplyDeleteI'm back on the skinny jeans hunt. I LOVE the ones in this post; they're perfection.
And ugh. I greatly dislike wearing socks. I have them for the very same reason you needed them on Friday, but they get on my dern nerves, lol.
Love that belt. The color goes so perfect with that mustard and with the jeans and white.

This series is a great idea, most curvy girls consider belts a staple accessory :) You look lovely, I like crisp white shirts too- they're so classic and versatile! And I love how you paired it with the mustard cardi, very cute!
ReplyDeleteI love how colorful your outfits are!! Belts are so important, I too am addicted to belts and can wear one every day!!
ReplyDeleteSO FAB (as usual)! I hate wearing socks too, and when I absolutely have to, opt for trouser socks since they are thinner. Can't wait to see your next belt.
ReplyDeleteI have been afraid of color thinking it would make the bigger parts of me look bigger but you are showing me how wrong I am, thank you!!! That pop of mustard is with the suede is chic very chic.
ReplyDeleteThanks for inspiring me.
What a pretty color sweater. I don't think I own anything in that yellow mustard color...this must change!!
ReplyDeleteGreat style! I love your look and blog xoxo :)

ReplyDeleteNo you aren't the only one who hates wearing socks. I hate wearing socks, too. I don't mind tights or pantyhose so much. I love your style. It reminds me of what I attempt to look like.
ReplyDeleteLOL.. I hate wearing socks too!! and yes, even with boots. blue jeans and white with a pop of brown/gold is such a pretty combination.
